1.Unless written provision is made to the contrary, on this occasion and in respect of all subsequent contracts we conduct business solely according to our standard conditions. No conditions of purchase or miscellaneous conditions are binding upon us.

2.No offers made by ourselves may be considered binding. Orders are not accepted until we have confirmed them in writing.

3.Unless expressly indicated, delivery periods are not binding; they are given for information purposes only, but no penalties in respect of delay will be accepted. We are entitled however to make partial deliveries.

4.Delivery shall be considered to have been effected on our premises or in our works. Irrespective of any special delivery conditions goods are always carried at the consignee’ s risk.

5.Please send the copy of your remittance bill within 14 days of this Proforma Invoice date, otherwise, Force company will cancel all the preparations for this order production.

6.When goods will be finished in 3 days, Force company will provide outgoing report to make customers know clearly about the production condition, and will ask for the balance payment. Please arrange this payment to ensure shipping time. Any delay in payment will entitle us to postpone or cancel any order on hand and any other commitments towards the purchaser.We retain ownership of goods until full payment has been received for them. The buyer shall be responsible for the goods. Any deposits paid may be retained by the seller as damages and interest.

7.If customers doesn't arrange the shipment within 3 weeks from the outgoing report date. To make production and delivery in order, Force company will charge USD300.00 as the warehouse fee.

8.Guarantee: Each item delivered by Force Door is guaranteed for a duration of one year. A piece will be recognized defective if, put in use according to the normal rules, it does not fulfill its foreseen function. In that case, it is agreed that Force Door will confine itself to replace the defective piece. It is explicit that all other costs are excluded.

9.The Wuxi courts shall be competent to settle all disputes. Only the Chinese law shall apply.
